When it comes to testosterone levels many people may start to think along the lines of illegal substances, prohormones, patches, testosterone creams, or a testosterone replacement therapy. However it does not have to be this way.

How to increase testosterone levels or how to keep them optimized ultimately comes down to the foods you eat. Yes, that’s right, you are what you eat. Testosterone travels in the blood to your muscle cells, so your diet can influence the amount of active testosterone. Not only does testosterone drive muscle growth, but testosterone also keeps you lean, because it elevates metabolism and increases the release of fat from fat cells and inhabits its storage in the body.

Testosterone drops at a continuous rate throughout your life, because of this it is believed that raising your testosterone naturally during your 20s and 30s will help to maintain high levels later on in life which will ultimately keep you in shape. Carrying extra body weight also contributes to the loss of testosterone production and increases the production of estrogen. 2 or 3 extra pounds won’t cause this hormonal shift but it really occurs when you’re 30 percent over your ideal body weight.

When you’re attempting to lose weight, do it slowly, one to two pounds per week. When you exercise intensely and cut calorie consumption over 15 , your body believes that you are starving and begins to decline the production of the major male hormone. A decline in the production of this hormone while actually make it much harder to melt down your excess body fat.

The penis, testes, scrotum, prostate, and seminal pathways are all involved in the complex system of your major hormone production. In addition to appendage growth, there are also internal mechanisms that may be enhanced. These internal mechanisms are called secondary male sex characteristics which include laryngeal enlargement and vocal chord thickening which changes the pitch of the voice from high to low.

Women’s bodies do not go through these particular changes. However some women have experienced or sought to increase a testosterone level which increases their masculinity.

The major hormone in men can and will have a deficiency at any age. For some men it is noticeable or notice during puberty. Many young men have a marked enlargement of breast tissue while other men have underdeveloped genitals. Other young men have little or no pubic or body hair, while muscles fail to form in others.

Unlike the puberty experience, men who suffer also experience symptoms from the deficiency. Losses of body hair and muscle weakness are the least of the problems. . In most cases this is devastating to men because of a diminished sex drive and/or erectile dysfunction, and an increase in testosterone levels is sought immediately.

If you believe that you suffer from a decrease in testosterone levels then you may want to try Restore by Alr. Restore by Alr industries is specifically formulated to address each of these potential emasculating conditions in order to optimize you natural masculine state.
