If you eat fewer calories than your body needs, but don’t go under your requirements by much. Losing weight is tough, but being at a healthy weight is important. No matter how hard people try to lose weight it seems as nothing is ever working or changing. Many of people’s problems of losing weight is usually because of social interactions which include food. Restaurants portions have increased. We are less active than how we were in the past. We find it unacceptable to be hungry. We misunderstand how weight is maintained. We forget the extra food we eat everyday, or we think we ate less than what we actually did eat.
Most people think weight loss is the biggest struggle, the hardest thing for them, especially in days like these. The simple regulation of weight loss is that you have to consistently burn off more calories than you take in. Any weight loss you try will work as long as the calories you intake is reduced, everyday. A diet that is balanced with small portions of fruits, veggies, whole grains, meat or fish is the healthiest. It’s ok if you’re feeling hungry while your trying to lose weight, this happens. Exercise helps, but unless you’re an athlete, you will still need to cut calories. Once you reach your goal, and maintain it everyday, it does get easier. Going back to eating more and exercising less, the weight will go right back on.
